Project description

A residential development providing an obvious infill to a residential area in Clitheroe and a range of high-quality over 55’s bungalows.

Working closely with a range of consultants we provided information to support a full planning application for residential development, this included: An initial sketch layout to ascertain the site’s potential whilst meeting the aspirations of Applethwaite Homes, a Design and Access statement, a series of colour street scenes and various supporting detailed layouts.
