Dowbridge Farm – Kirkham

A residential development in the village of Endmoor, Cumbria.

The proposed scheme provides an attractive and logical extension to Kirkham. To successfully complete this project we provided information to support a reserved matters planning application. This included urban design services, both hand drawn sketch layouts and detailed layouts produced in CAD, a Design and Access Statement setting out the evolution of the design process, a full house type pack showing the materials and architectural styles proposed and street scenes illustrating how the architectural styles will collaboratively work together to provide a unique and attractive place to live.

The final designs fully embrace the detailed requirements set out within the approved outline planning consent and meet the aspirations of both Story Homes and Fylde Borough Council.
